I was messaged from a customer that my store was down.
Then I accessed my store and indeed, it was not available.
However, I then tried using a different browser and it was working.
I'm not sure what browser the customer was using, but it didn't work when I used Firefox. However, when I view my site in private browsing on Firefox, it works fine.
Can someone help me solve this problem and how to prevent it?
If this is happening to other customers, that means I am losing out on potential buyers.
