Product Packs Displays No More Than Two Items

I have three items in a pack. All three are standard products with NO combos or attributes. Only two of them will display out of the three. I am at a loss as to why. I created a video on youtube to show you what I have. That link is https://www.youtube.com/edit?video_id=WQzIEswubHQ

The three products in the pack by model references are:

• JPPS01
• RHS063A
• DVDSE

You are using only ONE warehouse, i.e. you didn't activated the enhaced stock management ? All products should be added to the same warehouse, otherwise it will not work.

No suppliers defined. The DVDSE reference product has a different manufacturer. I tried just now to match even manufacturer and had same issue.

Please make a screen of the product configuration for the packs and attach it in here. Something wrong with it.

I have an issue with this as well, but in my store it shows only ONE product in a pack instead of 2) quite odd no?

This almost seems like there may be an index base issue somewhere - with the product detail page starting a count from 1 where other systems start at 0.

 

But, not enough data.

 

Another odd thing I'm noticing is that the RHS063A  has an image, which shows up in the PACK CONTENT section of the products detail page - and on its own admin product edit page, but which is seen on the package product edit page ONLY when first adding the product.

 

 

Has anyone filed a bug report for any of these instances ??

 I've been looking in on this and banging my head on a brick wall, can't figure it out. It's not a theme or display issue, It's almost like parts of the system know theres items in a pack and other parts don't... yet when i look at the database file in mysql i can see what i think is correctly saved info.

After deleting 2 of the 3 products and re-adding them to the package, all 3 now show up in the Package Contents section on the product detail page.

is there something special about those products? do they have quantities setup or do you have warehouse management or something turned on? I deleted and readded them my self on my store in 20 different ways and i can't ever get it to work, it must be something "odd" in a database or a controller file some where but just can't figure it out

Advanced Inventory is not on. I work with Nimitz1061

ya, I had.. It was an actual bug in my version of prestashop... looks like a fix suggested in the issue track resolves it so it will prob come in as a bug fix next version (see tracker issue link here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-5339 ) .
