You should contact your provider. Something wrong in your database at the moment you are trying to install. Perhaps some tables broken in it. For more information about the exact error you/your provider should read the error-logs of the server on which database is hosted.

You are using 'xuanyuan.xuan' as the table prefix. Try to remove that dot and reduce number of characters.

For several reasons I don't suggest you to change the prefix of database tables. Some module developers use the standard which is ps_ and you will have problems when you want to buy/install non native modules.

 

You asked your provider to check the error-logs ?

I am designer, I don't know about PHP code, and MySQL too, I use ps_ before, same error, I try to call this website, but speak French, my server provider only know about system. they don't know anything about presrshop. If you want help me check logs from server, maybe I text to you?

As I told you, you should contact your provider, If neither standard (ps_) nor prefix change to whatever_ installs the Prestashop on your server, or delivers errors in your database it is a case for provider debug. His server has a problem and error_log of the server on which database is running should give you the reason why you cannot install. EWrror-logs are precisely and your provider should debug this error.
