Email on contact page received but gives error message to customers.

I am new to Prestashop. I tested email on contact page and it gives error message as picture, but I received it in the back office. How do I solve this?

Hi there, I am having the same issue. 

When trying to use the 'contact us' option on front end, I fill in all the required info and I push send. Then a message appears - there was 1 error when sending your e-mail.

This happens only when I do not attach a file to the e-mail. When I do attach a file, there is no error message.

 

But it should be working without an attachment either! or not?
