Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com. Your purchase couldn't be completed There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later. thechillydog Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 (edited) In the PayPal module, make sure you are entering the email address associated with your PayPal account in the "PayPal Business Account" box, not the name of your business. Ernie Hunter Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 (edited) It took a few minutes to realize the above comment meant the "PayPal Business Account" box in the API credentials. It reads "PayPal Business Account:" and it should read "Business E-Mail address" then it will be recognized at the "Check Out". Once I put my e-mail address in and saved it, refreshed the page and voila "all is well". Thanks to all!
