I have just tried posting a test order, I have chosen some products on

http://www.webshop-it-telcom.nl

then created a test account - logged in and the products remain in the cart. It seemed working without any troubles.

After that I have checked:

http://www.bel-ip.nl/mysite

I was still logged in with the username I just created, and the products I have chosen (but not finalized checkout) were still in the cart.

You might want to give more instructions how to recreate the issue if it persists on your side.

Hello thank you for your reaction.

When i first go to www.webshop-it-telcom.nl then the problem happens , after it i go to www.bel-ip.nl/mysite and the problem disapears. So it is a difficult problem for me because it not always happens.

Well, currently your web site is set to work with http://www.bel-ip.nl/mysite/ as default URL.

Thus all actions on the web site will redirect to this URL. If you manually type http://www.webshop-it-telcom.nl/ in the browser you will still have the same web site opened but all links will again point to http://www.bel-ip.nl/mysite/. If you would like to use http://www.webshop-it-telcom.nl/ instead all you need to do is edit the presta shop configuration accordingly. If you would like to keep using http://www.bel-ip.nl/mysite/ as main URL - leave it the way it is. The store will not work with both URLs simultaneously. At any point one of them will only redirect.
