Slow Prestashop. Serve scaled images

Hello

My website is really slow. I run a test on gtmatrix and I "Serve scaled images" is the slowest. I don't know why it reduce the size of images every time I load the site, because it reduce the size smaller than the general...
For example, reduce the blockbanner image size from 1170x65 (which is the normal size) to 940x52....

You images are not scaled because your theme is responsive. This is not the biggest issue on your site.

The main issue is that it takes 10 seconds to generate the page! You should enable profiling to see if a module is slowing down your shop.
