connectcase Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 Hi there, I use PS 1.5 and every once in a while get an "Invalid format zipcode"-message when a new (Dutch) customer registers. However, the format that the customer uses is exactly as is defined in the back office. When the customer tries for the 2nd time, the error is usually gone. I say usually, because sometimes it requires more than 2 attempts. I have tried different browsers, different postcodes and different referers for the authentication form, but there seems to be no logic here. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.... I have attached 2 printscreens. The first showing the customer entering the correct zipcode format, but still getting an error message. The second is from the backoffice showing that the right format is defined. I have searched through the forum and via Google, but none of the suggestions seemed to solve my problem. I have the feeling I'm doing something silly or overlook something, but I can't figure out what.... Any help welcome! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
