Create module integration with Allegro (similary Ebay)

I looking for someone to create module integration with Allegro API (similary like Ebay)

Module must have full functionality like Export product from Prestashop to allegro using template and import order from allegro to Prestashop.

Module for Prestashop 1.6.x with long term support and license system using shop url. Module is for couple of store so license veryfication is important.
