Add Header?

Hi,

i am new to prestashop. I like to know where i can put my own small html header in front of the prestashop header. This html code should be displayed on each page one the top.

HELLO WORLD THIS IS MY PAGE

And where can i change the width of the shop itself? currently there is a border on the left and right site.

1-Add to header
You can add this to /themes/prestashop/header.tpl and it's displayed on each page

2- Change page width :
Open this file : /themes/prestashop/global.css
Find this : #page{margin:0 auto 2px;text-align:left;width:980px}
And change it

But where is the html code put in the header.tpl file . Currently it looks like greek to me !!!

got it did it. Just at the end of the body tag. thanks mate . just change and try it will work
