I cleaned my cache file and the cookie too. I also suppressed all the past information for my email and paswword. But it doesn't work again ! Thank for your help ! Guest Posted March 29, 2015 Share Posted March 29, 2015 I use chrome, so it ca work. When you say it does not work - what happens? When you go to the log in page, does it look correct? I changed my first password to an other one. I think i don't know why but Prestashop continue to use the old password on Chrome brower ( used on the Yosmite IOS). I guess ! The only solution is to change the pw directly in the database ! Badly idear ? I think because PS works very well (The PW is right on the data base) with the other brower like Safari or Firefox ^^ I think it's a bug of prestashop with Chrome only on mac. I Looked widely on the web and ask the question to the official twitter chrome account : No response at that time ! Guest Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 When you say you think it is using the old password - I assume you have tried typing in the password yourself and not used autofill? when you clear chrome history, have you made sure the tick is in the password box? I erased all the passwords and email adresses ( test customer and admin) in the chrome ´s history panel like you show in your screenshot. May be an issue with the theme ?
