safetesters Posted March 28, 2015 Share Posted March 28, 2015 Hallo, ik make a website , but i cant access .prestashop.com/forums/. my ip blocked i gass end i dont know why. make a website and modules whitout forms and the doc.... its lot work. if i send prestoshop a email about that i get nothing back. sameone know why my ip or ip range not can acess the fomrs ans docs ? i think i know why my ip get blocked. after registartion website gif blanco page . than i refrase and .... blocked ... selectshop.at Posted March 29, 2015 Share Posted March 29, 2015 (edited) Once your IP is blacklisted in Spamhaus and Sorbs, you will have troubles also on other forums using that lists as base for firewall. What should you do: If you are using a Fritz.Box or another box to access to internet, so please regenerate a new IP. There must be a tool or service for that on your Internet box. If you don't have such box, so only the way through your provider. Write him a mail explaining your problems. He should maintain also white listed servers you can use. The IP you are using is distributed dynamically from your provider. Today you have IP XXXX tomorrow YYYY. The responsibility of IP's at least falls into the tasks of your provider. Some like UPC (I'm also UPC customer), does not take care of the reputation of their servers. If you again and again have troubles with blacklisted IP's, so you should contact your provider and solve the problem with him. Or at least take into consideration to change your telecom provider if he does nothing for you. Why are you using Magento logo as avatar ? Although each user is welcome to Prestashop Forum It could become negative for you, cause you are on the forum of a product in concurrence with magento ? If I were you, I will choose another avatar. Prestashop is a registered trade mark !!! and you are not a certified partner, so you are either not allowed to use this special logo. Come one there are several nice avatar on the net without mark infringements you can use. Or simply use the default one (no one). One of them is: don't use anything what you find on the net on own or other sites. The one most dangerous are pictures, logos and names (mark) which are not made by you, or your own (bought by license agreements). Logos, brands (names), marks, pictures are protected by law.
