AXOME'S Module not working [Export orders / customers / catalog Module]

Hi there,

 

I successfully installed axome's Export orders / customers / catalog Module and nothing occurs when I click the GENERATE REPORT button under the ORDERS tab.... 

 

if I do an 'inspect element' and delete the <p> and </p> enclosing the button, then it works. however, if I remove both of these p in the source code, it doesn't work either....!!!

 

I contacted AXOME BUT I got no response from them; neither from prestashop....

 

I'm using google chrome under mac mavericks and isn't working either with firefox

Okay so no reply neither from PrestaShop nor from axome (the developer of the non working module [Export orders / customers / catalog Module]

 

 

So it looks like there is no way to fight against fraud when one purchases this module?
