developing slider for sub categories

hi,

i would like to get offers for developing slider for sub categories

 

1. if the number of the sub categories is 5 or less - the sub categories will show as usual  - like here :

2.  if the number of the sub categories is 5 or less - the sub categories will be inside slider 

 

3. the number of the sub categories for showing / not showing inside the slider - will be configurable
