jetx
This bug has been posted (months ago, with several duplicates) on forge: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-4582 My question to any resident expert is how to get out of this? As it seems impossible to fix the issue in BO. So any ideas? With js disabled I can access the carrier data but can't save any changes. So I can use a 3rd party app to edit the correct carrier table data, but does not really solve the issue. Even creating a new carrier causes the same problem. jetx
After a bit of sleuthing through the db I managed to fix this by truncating the table range_weight, and re-importing that table from a working backup. Attrexx
Can't we just edit the ranges' data in the DB?
Attrexx
I found the `ps_range_weight` table and removed the overlapping range. All is fixed now.PS crew should fix this in future versions by moving the range check/error on the second step, so the user can modify ranges accordingly.
