Small changes in the theme

After upgrading my prestasthop to the newest version, I have changed the theme. I would like to make some changes. The changes are specified in the attachment.

 

Please let me know your price for all the changes and the estimated time to complete the project.

you can do it for your self, those points are mostly css changes 

 

For point 1 , find in your css file those lines and change the numbers as below 

#search_block_top {
    padding-top: 88px;
}

.shopping_cart {
    padding-top: 88px;
}

#header_logo {
    padding-top: 48px;
}

the result would look so
