product.tpl override 1.6.0.14

Hi everyone,

I have 1.6.0.14 version.

 

I want to override product.tpl in themes\default-bootstrap.

 

I put my product.tpl in these path…but none of these could help me.

 

1.       override\classes

2.       themes\default-bootstrap\modules\product\views\templates\front

3.       themes\default-bootstrap\override\classes

 

also I delete class_index.php from cache and select  force compile…

 

please help

Why do you want override a template file ?

 

you just change the file and put on your theme just put in your theme root

Just in case put here  themes\default-bootstrap

product.tpl is in this path : themes\default-bootstrap.

 

if any changea accurs in this file and save it, product page will go down....nothing appears

May be do you put the code some wrong place try these all hello to the end

Can you see the HELLO or you have some error

do u try in 1.6.0.14?

 

in product.tpl if I have ANY changes like just a space in anywhere in the file and then save it...then page goes down.

Yes, try to activate de develop option to see the erros

 

look for 

 

config/defines.ini.php anda change 

 

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); 

 

these show you all the errors to see the problem
