artcandle Posted March 24, 2015 Share Posted March 24, 2015 I installed 1.6.0.14 Prestashop, bought a template , and then it received any and everything worked well.However, when I started to put products is the first time you jumped me a message : "" Tab : ModuleTmproductvideos (200 ) A server error occurred while loading tabs: some tabs could not be loaded. Please try again refresh the page . If you are still experiencing this problem , check the server logs , or contact your hosting company to get help. razaro Posted March 24, 2015 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Yeah it is from Template Monster http://www.templatemonster.com/help/quick-start-guide/prestashop-themes/master/index_en.html#tmproductvideos so you should see it in module list and disable it if you are not using it. If that is not showing in list check if you have some module filter enabled, like author, so select All modules on left and from dropdown try to filter only modules fro TemplateMonster or select all and search again. Also it is possible that they changed something so module is bundled with others so check if there is some global TM settings or maybe option in Theme configuration module. Have you find a solution news from technical support from monster template Thanks it is easy to fix it, Thats pappend becouse when you instal the new theme probably something went wrong with this module, so all you have to do, is to make it manually, go to the unzip file you get from monster -->> those Theme -->manual_install-->> Your theme--->>modules-->> tmproductvideos, so use any ftp program and upload this file to your server, in modules folder and in your theme/module. for my works perfect, the error has gone 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
