Internal errors or misconfirguration - Backoffice Tabs issues?

Good whatever where ever you may be today -

Just so we are clear - I have the latest that is required for Prestashop - PHP5 which is really nice by the way - and then of course the more up to date version of MySql that works great.


Anyway the PROBLEM at hand seems to be the following.

While on the back office side and then clicking Catalog - then clicking Manufactures it produces this error in the browser:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

{please note that I have the [email protected] - there just so that its a filler - I haven't gotten up the nerve to change it just yet - I will eventually to an address I trust - I am still a little bit new to the error reporting world -}

SO on the back side of things - looking at the error logs this is what I am getting while navagating and also finding that under Customers - then you click addresses it gives the same error as above.

Now - the tabs associated with these are - AdminManufacturers&token=749a4b8236caa955cac55009dcee7fe2
or AdminManufacturesers.php in the admin_1/tabs folder.

If anyone is lost yet let me know:

Second, AdminAddress seems to control the following tokin:
AdminAddresses&token=c892b7bf36283c32b7872a4da46fd3e1
and at the same time controls the AdminAddresses.php file in admin_1/tabs

I have no bloody clue what I am doing wrong?

So with that being said - do I need to place the entire folder to chmod of 777?
Do I need to place the certain files in 777 status?

I am stuck.

Also, here is the entire last part of the log that i am sure that there is something else causing the issues at hand.
This might get long so I am goign to say that the palace is open on this one - I'm stuck?

It seems to be occured because your server does not have enough memory.

Set the maximum memory size allowable to 16Mo and everything should work ;-P
Google will answer to your question "But where could I set that memory thing?" just by looking for something like "max php memory".

Hey there.

Well, recently - I have been in contact with my hosting provider - if some of you have not already figured this out yet its with Dot Easy - I haven't had to much problems out of them until - this week. Go figure. Either way, I continually get the following errors - in which the ip's. I have covered up - better yet I left them out totally -


Here is my error log from this evening accessing two things. 1. Under Catalog - I click Manufactures I get this error:

This particular error I am still aware that I am running out of ram. It was to be extended to 32 megabytes and should have been taken care of - I don't think it totally was in this case? Does it really take more than 32? I guess they have not solved this issue yet considering its been on the weekend and stuff - go figure.
Sorry I just have a little pressure from a few people get things done. You know how life is.

The other as you might be able to see and you might not is the address under customers.

Two are rather important to the cause I am wanting to produce.

Oh and one more thing - they both have the permissions on the server set for 755 as of this moment anyway.
