Vouchers dates to and dates from invalid

Hello

A few hours ago I was able to create vouchers.
But now, whatever I do, I can't create one, the error messages are : date to, and date from are invalid.
When I create a voucher without changing any date, it works.
When I edit a voucher I created earlier, it works as long as I don't change the date.

What could it be ?

Thanks for your answers, I'm missing a few sales right now.

I had that problem and was just missing digits to represent the seconds in the time part of the date.
