Modifying Order-opc-new-account.tpl

I'm in the process of customizing the one-page-checkout for guest checkouts.

 

I'm having difficulties making out where in the order-opc-new-account I can comment out the need to type in account fistname,lastname and email in the top section.

 

In a guest checkout scenario, I really only need the customer to fill in the delivery adresse, so asking the customer to enter the same information twice is not only redudant but plain annoying.
