In order confirmation email or any other prestashop automated email shop logo is attached. help

Whenever a customer makes an order , their confirmation orders email have my shop logo added as an attachment...Its not coming in the top of email.please see attached screenshot for better understanding. please help.

I have had same problem for some time. Also links (tracking etc) in e-mail is no longer correct.

 

I have had this problem for about 1 month or so and it happened before upgrading to 1.6.0.14.

Vidhu, I'm not sure if this is also your problem. But after further investigation I understand that there is an issue after version 1.6.0.11 that if you change the translation in the emails they will not save correctly. Please see this thread:

I solved this by uploading a backup of my [roots]/mails folder from late november last year (before 1.6.0.11 and before I changed edited these files myself). Also I deleted every themes/[theme]/mails folder that I had so that PS would only look in the [root]/mails folder.

 

For me now the emails looks nice again.

 

Once again I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, so please make backups before you change and test anything.

Dear Joachim Torngren,  I have running prestashop on two website.  PS.1.6.0.14  and  1.6.0.11 ,I have facing problem in both version.
