Change background in mobile version

1 ) Question

I get tired already two days on changing background in the mobile version .

 

Background is loaded by

background:url(../img/pilkarze.jpg);
  background-repeat: no-repeat;
  background-attachment: scroll;
  background-size: cover;

The problem is that the mobile version of Toni Kroos (left) falls under the entire page and do not see anything .

It is an option that the middle column was white , while not removing Header , and Footer ?

 

 

 

2 ) Question

 Is there an option I can give the logo above and make them bigger ?
