site not showing - blank paage

hi
i am trying to setup a duplicate version of a prestashop site on some secure webspace to handle to google payment api

i have uploaded all the files apart from all the images.

however when i try to access the site i get just a blank page and if i view source i get no html

its the same when i try to access the script direct
https://vault1.secured-url.com/oscarshb/modules/gcheckout/validation.php

i have updated the settings.inc.php file to allow for the directory

please help im in a very stick situation!!

for some reason im now getting a Link to database cannot be established. error.

im using the same settings as before, so can't see how.

is there a way of using a dsn connect in prestashop?

ok i did change some thing and thats why i was getting the connect error.
changed it back now back to getting the blank screen :-(

wish it would just give me an error message.

could it be that its on a windows server ( i know it supports php)

don't like bumping but on searching i have seen this asked before and it would be good, to clear this up for a few people :-)
