Order Supplier based on Stock Coverage Statistics

Hello,

 

I would like to know if there's a possibility to make a Supplier Order based on the statistics from the "Stock Coverage" that Prestashop estimates that a product stock will run out of items.

 

I haven't found anything related to this usage of the Sock Coverage. 

 

If there's no 3-rd party module/script or built in functionality that will allow me to sort the Product by Stock Coverage, select the products that are low and then export them in CSV so I can easily make a Supplier Order.

 

I've found one here a 3-rd party module that can let me sort by stock coverage and select the products and export them in CSV but I don't know how the Stock Coverage is calculated and I have no supplier reference.

 

Any ideas ?
