I am planning to start an online grocery shop which is going to be a small startup where it involves more vendor partner signup and payment gateway integration. Will presta shop will satisfy my needs. Is pretashop cna be hosted in my own server ?. Is there anything should i consider specific to india ? But the catch is if you want to develop a multi vendor system, then you need modules for that. Even you will require custom template for it. As you are a frontend developer, you may find it easy. You need to develop template files with smarty. As with the Indian market, you wont get a payment gateway that will directly (Automatically) pay your vendors, that task has to be done manually.
