Problem with reinstall theme or remove theme

Hi  your problem with reinstall theme

 

you will install a theme and you are delete all related files in ftp servers because you wanted to reinstall back the theme.

but when you trying to reinstall the theme, some problem cause here

 

1. xxxx theme already installed

2. when you can  trying to install by upload to prestashop, it said successful upload but you check at ftp server it's a blank files and not installed

3. you trying to upload the install zip file to ftp server, and it said xxxx theme has already installed.

 

How you can  reinstall this theme!?

HOW TO RE_INSTALL PRESTASHOP THEME

Step 1: Log in to your Prestashop back office

Step 2: In the left menu, click on the Preferences link and then select Themes option

Step 3: In Theme page, select default-Themes( default-bootstrap) and click Use This Theme Button

Step4: In the Next Page, click Save button.

Step 5: Your theme has been successfully installed. Click Finish button.

Step6: : In Theme page, select xxxx-theme( your delete theme) and click Delete This Theme Button

Step 7: In Theme page, click Add New Theme Button in the right corner

Step 8: Go to Import from Your Computer panel, click Add File Button and select New Theme from your Computer

Step 9: Click the Save Button in the right corner.

Step 6: Verify Successful Upload message on top of the page

Step 10: Scroll down, now you will see the newly installed theme in SELECT A THEME FOR THE SHOP panel

Step 11: Move your cursor over the desired theme and click Use This Theme Button

Step 12: In the Next Page, click Save button

Step 13: Your theme has been successfully installed. Click Finish button.

Note: You may be required to regenerate images. Look for the warnings.
