Allow instant checkout without checking email

Hello to all,

I would like to ask for a help.

 

Client wants to enable instant checkout even the email has been already registered /She has experience that she do not remember password and just do it instantly/. Now when you choose Order without registration and insert email already registered, the red bar shows that this email is in the system.

 

Which condition and where should I comment to allow it /do not check email in system/?
