Extremely slow on godaddy

Please help me with my problem, our store works very slow. I have no idea what is the isssue..

 

Recently I configured settings under performance but nothing helped..

Hello there, 

 

If you check your website with Pingdom you will notice that the page is loading for nearly 13 seconds which is indeed dramatic considering the fact that the page is nearly 1.5MB large. In the waterfall view you will see how the redirect your server is performing to www is taking 7 seconds and a broken css of our theme is taking another 4 seconds. 

This is quite unacceptable and you will need to contact your web hosting provider so they can check  what is taking so long about that redirect. I would like to suggest using a CDN also and to move your website on your primary domain and not in the subfolder as it is currently.

I have exactly the same problem.

 

Called Godaddy & they told me is because i'm over the bandwidth limint.

Just logged into my account to check and it is not true. I'm way way under the limits in bandwidth.

 

In my case is also intermitent.
I think it may be related to some rush hours.

Around 3PM GMT - 5PM GMTis impossible to load to the admin website.

 

morning & night time is ok. Problem appears around 3-5pm GMT.

(I'm located in Spain)

I am with GoDaddy and came across your post.

It is possible that it could be due to traffic as you indicate you think might be the cause, I would like to look into this further in hopes that together we can reach a resolution.

Yesterday night the website was working.

This morning everything working.

 

Now I go to prepare all the shipments & website is not even loading at times or it takes minutes.

 

Terrible service from Godaddy.

Any other hosting you can recommend?

also, you can't have the 'same' problem, in the future please open new topic.  State your hosting type etc.
