Is it possible to install a single license theme on a test domain and then move the entire site?

Hi i'm new with prestashop and i just bought a new theme (with a single license) on prestashop addons, so my question is: can i install this theme on a domain different from the live domain to create the entire site and then transfer the finished site to the live domain? And can i install the same theme even on my localhost or one license = 1 installation?

If the domain site on which you want to test your template isn't registered as the final website, then yes, you can test it.
