[b]images missing after upgrade[/b]

hi need help ..
i upgraded prestashop to latest stable 1.2.5 i think thats the correct version.

i saved my image folder as img_old .. same with mail folder etc...

after upgrade i renamed my folders to the correct name.. and now i cant see the product images on the pages..

this is the link the webpage for the image when i view its properties

/1426-1500-home/dad-s-army.jpg

as far as i can tell the url from previous instalation e.g 1.1 should be something like..

/img/p/1426-1500-home/dad-s-army.jpg

i really need my images to display as i have 3,300 of them...
