Where exactly are you trying to remove "powered by prestashop" from?  can you give us a screen shot of your actual website, and not facebook

yes this is from face book, how I can remove or change Prestashop?

my site is www.rabwa.net

in my site every thing ok, but in facebook, I need to change prestashop

perhaps you can provide more detail about why you are asking us how to change your facebook page.  are you using a module that uploads your store to facebook?

by the way, where I can find doctype.html?

no clue, doesn't sound like a Prestashop file

where I find this file?

<title>Iforma</title>

<meta name="description" content="Shop powered by PrestaShop" />

<meta name="keywords" content="shop, prestashop" />

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="application/xhtml+xml; charset=utf-8" />

<meta name="generator" content="PrestaShop" />

again, showing us your facebook page is not helpful.  you need to figure out where in your website this content is.

I looked at the source of your website's home page and I do not see 'powered by Prestashop'

this is what I am trying to know, I want to specify where is this "Powered by Prestashop"! is it in Cpanel or in Back office!

hope any one give us help..

This is coming from your open-graph code. How did you added the open graph tags ? Did you added some ? The error is saying that you don't have any open graph tags added to your code. Are you using an own theme ?

The powered by... I wrote one topic before, where you can find it.

For Facebook: Did you already editted your pre formatted CMS page index.php ? There you will find Powered by Prestashop on the metas. TAB: Preferences -> SEO & URL's -> edit index.php.

I did it ,but no use..

Tutorial how to add open-graph metas to your shop:

Add the following lines to your file /themes/yourtheme/header.tpl :

For PS 1.6.0.9 aprox. line 85

<meta property="og:title" content="{$meta_title|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}"/>
<meta property="og:url" content="http://{$smarty.server.HTTP_HOST}{$smarty.server.REQUEST_URI}"/>
<meta property="og:site_name" content="{$shop_name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}"/>
<meta property="og:type" content="website">
<meta property="og:description" content="{$meta_description|escape:html:'UTF-8'}">
{if $page_name=='product'}
<meta property="og:image" content="{$link->getImageLink($product->link_rewrite, $cover.id_image, 'large')}">
{else}
<meta property="og:image" content="{$img_ps_dir}logo.jpg" />
{/if}

For other themes or other PS versions:

Add the code just after the line {$HOOK_HEADER}

{$HOOK_HEADER}
<meta property="og:title" content="{$meta_title|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}"/>
<meta property="og:url" content="http://{$smarty.server.HTTP_HOST}{$smarty.server.REQUEST_URI}"/>
<meta property="og:site_name" content="{$shop_name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}"/>
<meta property="og:type" content="website">
<meta property="og:description" content="{$meta_description|escape:html:'UTF-8'}">
{if $page_name=='product'}
<meta property="og:image" content="{$link->getImageLink($product->link_rewrite, $cover.id_image, 'large')}">
{else}
<meta property="og:image" content="{$img_ps_dir}logo.jpg" />
{/if}

What do you mean ? It's not taken effect ? Did you also deleted the smarty cache ? If you don't delete the cache the change will not take effect, cause FB is seeing a cached page.

Tab advanced parameters -> performance -> on top button clear cache.

Yes of course. Read second section: include the coode just after the "hooK", and FB debugger will see what he needs (your error Screen form FB-Debugger). By default Prestashop don't has open-graph metas included, you should include them by yourself. ;)

I add second section, save, still same, I will see my TS to do what need..

thanks man for help..

read this topic and try to fix those

 Back office > Preferences>SEO&URLs>index

 change   module/blockcms/blockcms.tpl

then go to  ADVANCED PARAMETERS > Performance> clear cache

Nelle email: topic #29 is not correct. For email you should change all your mail templates on tab "localization -> translations -> select tranlsations of emails -> select your template-> select your language (Italian), and edit EACH MAIL with editor, by deleting the line.
