I have changed this word from Back office > Preferences>SEO&URLs>index I have changed module/blockcms/blockcms.tpl .............no use any suggestions? thanks.. The error is saying that you don't have any open graph tags added to your code. Are you using an own theme ? The powered by... I wrote one topic before, where you can find it. If you don't delete the cache the change will not take effect, cause FB is seeing a cached page. Tab advanced parameters -> performance -> on top button clear cache. For email you should change all your mail templates on tab "localization -> translations -> select tranlsations of emails -> select your template-> select your language (Italian), and edit EACH MAIL with editor, by deleting the line.
