Automatic Email Module with 'confirm payment sent' button

Hi Guys, 

 

This is my first post on here so apologies if I am getting the section wrong. 

 

I am looking for a module that will deal with automatic emails. As turn around time is very important to me I was also looking for the ability for the customer to let us know when they have sent payment, i.e. a 'confirm payment sent' button within the order confirmation email. 

 

The automatic emails I require are:

 

1. An email reply sent to the customer after every email they send me, for text along the lines of 'we have confirmed reciept of your email and will respond as soon as possible''. 

 

2. Email sent to the customer once an order has been confirmed (this already happens without the need for an independent email module)

 

3. An email to be sent to the customer advising them to click a button once they have sent payment, a 'confirm payment sent' button. This would allow me to watch my account, so that I can send on the product immediately. This is because the product that I sell can be immediately sent over the internet. 

 

 

I hope that I have put my question across adequately, and that someone knows of a module that will allow this functionality.
