math123
Hi! I have a problem with my analytics tracking too many transactions. Some of the sales are registred twice of trice. It seems totally random which sales get tracked more. I really dont know what to do. I have tried to totally uninstall and delete the module, but nothing helps. Does anybody have any idea how to troubleshoot this og preferably fix it? The website is www.funktionell.dk Thanks in advance. avonburg
Hello, I'm "glad" to read that I'm not the only one with this problem. I've been using Prestashop and Analytics to track transaction for a year and everything was ok. (shop1.domain.ch) I have one online-shop, for which we created another subdomain (shop2.domain.ch, and the tracking is totally messed up. Transactions are counted twice and sometimes they're not even taken into account. Could somebody help me and provide support? avonburg
Mmm ok, I don't have this Analytics module I think. We put the UA-Code of Analytics directly in the header of the website. Should I use the Analytics module ?

johnwolf
Google analytic is best from all others tracking software. Make sure that you have correctly installed Google Ana. Module and placed user id in it as can be seen in this tutorial ; bestcmsplugins.com/prestashop-1-6-x-how-to-add-google-analytics-tracking-code/
