Kyle1988
Hi My business sells a service. Subscriptions to classes. 14 is my maximum quantity. Although I am getting people being able to order once they are sold out! These are called 'Back Orders'. This happens even when I check the box that says 'Deny Orders' when out of stock. I do not want this to keep happening as some customers are getting confused and then complaining! What can I do to fix this? All the best Kyle As a footnote I use Prestashops cloud system to edit my shop. Edited March 13, 2015 by Kyle1988 (see edit history)
NemoPS
Where are you setting deny orders? product-level or globally?
Kyle1988
Hi I don't fully understand what you mean by product level or globally or where I would find that. But I've attached two screen grabs of how my orders are set when out of stock. Hope this helps. http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=8a8c004 - On Order Page http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=818faf4 - On Preferences Page
NemoPS
Hm images are gone already. Apart from that, I mean product-level: allow or deny orders from each product page global: from preferencesThey might as well be conflicting. Also, are you using or ever used multistore?
