For SEO there is nothing more you can do, if you added meta-tags to your products. Buy the way, the tags (not,the meta tags or meta description) of the product is just to improve the search inside the site. Correct? Meta-tags (Meta-title and Meta-description) are mainly for search engines and SEO. AND YES you can also search KEYWORDS, when the are included in the TITLE OF THE PRODUCT. Prestashop don't has a full search engine also for product descriptions, only KEYWORDS added to product name are searchable (and for back-office product reference).
