Hello, I am the user who has the problem with the module. The 04/03 (the same day I bought the module) I contacted the developer and received no reply. Then the 05/03 I contacted PrestaShop Addons customer support and not heard back.

Failure to synchronize registered users in PrestaShop newsletter with MailChimp list. The error appears in the MailChimp API as:

3/4/2015 13:50:16 GMT
nope 185.18.199.242 lists / json interest-groupings 0.028s MailChimp-PHP / 2.0.6 2.0 (211) List_InvalidOption

I hope the developer response, or corresponding refund.

Thank you!

Similar to my situation. After talking to someone via livechat, was advised that a certain module was appropriate for my shop - upon purchase have found it is not what I wanted, or talked about, at all! I emailed them requesting a credit towards a module more suited to my needs and have not heard back. It has only been 24 hours, but that seems like long enough in an online business environment to get a response.

At the moment, I have not been notified by the developer, or PrestaShop Addons.

from mailchimp interface, try to add groups and check if solve the issue

An alternative way to add the interest group is via the MailChimp interface. Simply log into your MailChimp account, navigate to ‘Lists’ and select ‘Create Groups’ from the setting menu.

With the interest group setup you’ll now be able to call the listInterestGroupings() method successfully without receiving an error.

Thank you Shacker.

In addition to the problem that appears in the APi, registered customers in the store have not synchronized with MailChimp list (which is the main function of the module)..

I hope that Addons take responsibility!

Have a nice day,

Diego
