Ollie199090
Hi Guys, hopefully I've not done anything too severely wrong but im sure you can help me. My website is www.Addicted-Clothing.co.uk I recently started getting an error from Paypal which Im using a sole payment portal. The error was completely blank so i spoke to Paypal and they advised me to update Prestashop. I manually backed up all the files from site and Backed up the database. I've updated to the latest version but I've ended up with more problems than I started with. Now my image slider doesn't scroll nor do the buttons appear to manually scroll. The like us on Facebook module shows on the back end but not on the front end and I'm STILL unable to check out using Paypal. Can anyone give me some pointers on whats going on please. Thanks for you help!!
SLiCK_303
What version where you on? What version did you upgrade to? Have you tried just going back to your old version via your backups? Did you ever try uninstalling and then reinstalling the paypal and slider modules?

Sorry not your fault but those automated answer are really annoying and probably ruined your days
bellini13
lol, I agree with doekia sarcasm... the answer was not to upgrade your store, the answer should have been to enable debug mode so you can see the error instead of a blank white page.
