Google Turkish Character Problem

Google start to see the my web site.But seeing this type : ''HidrolikVePnomatik.com Bu ma臒azada PrestaShop yaz谋l谋m谋 kullan谋lmaktad谋r.''I spent lot of hours to fix it.''How can i change this?And my meta tags on firefox in firebug:

Looks like the character that looks like an o with two dots above it is causing the problem.

If you do "view source" you will see it gets translated to

ö

which google seems to have a problem reading.

I understood my problem but ı didnt understand how can I fix my problem, I m using turkish character on my web site for example ü,ş,ö,ç and if you search my web site from google searcher google shows my web site like this ma臒azada PrestaShop yaz谋l谋m谋 kullan谋lmaktad谋r.Shortly how can i fix this characters? can you tell me best and easy way?

I have no idea, i never seen it before....

I'm sure you are not the only website who is using it in the title.
Find another site that uses it and see how they do it.

Than get prestashop to act the same
