rocky
You can change the thumbnail sizes by going to Preferences > Images. Increase the "Thickbox" size to increase the size of the image that appears in the thickbox pop-up when you click on a product's image.

rocky
Did you click "Regenerate thumbnails" at the bottom of the Preferences > Images tab? If not, it is still using the smaller image.
firescorpz
Hi,I did do the regenerate thumbnails but i still can't get the pictureas my website is in a mess now, maybe you can refer to these links from other prestashop user.http://www.thecufflinkstore.co.uk/239-black-and-silver-striped-square-cufflinks-.htmlthe above show a small thumbnail when click (that the problem i face now)Compare to this linkhttp://www.fancypocket.sg/(they are not using prestashop)Once we click on the main picture, it will link to a bigger picture. Can Prestashop do this? please advise, thank you
rocky
I can't see anything wrong on the images on the first link you gave me. When the image you upload is smaller than the thickbox size, Prestashop adds a white background to fill in the empty space. You need to upload an image that is at least as big as the thickbox size for it to fill the entire area.
