n_s_simpson Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 Hi everyone I sell toners/inks and within my store I use categories to help customers navigate to their machine: Home > Toners & Inks > Brother > HL-L Series > HL-L2340DW We also sell printers/copiers so all hardware are found within two other categories (and each subcategory) to allow customers to use it as a filter: Home > Shop By Manufacturer > Brother > Multifunction > A4 Devices > Mono > Laser Home > Shop by Hardware Type > Multifunction > A4 Devices > Mono > Laser As you can imagine, we have hundreds of categories. I'd like to hand out discount vouchers to my loyal customers but I need them to only work within the Toner & Inks subcategories (not enough margin in hardware to offer discounts). Looking in "Cart Rules" the restriction options want me to select each and every category but that's not feasible and I can't tell what each category is anyway (take a look at attached image). Is there a way of doing what I want? I know there are voucher modules but I'm looking to keep costs to a minimum. However, if that's my only option then please let me know which one will give me what I need. I was very impressed with Store Manager so I'll be buying that soon. Perhaps that'll do what I want without me having to pay for another module. Anyone know because I didn't check when I had my demo.
