SITOLOG - F Bugnet
Hi,I want to hide the right column, on the home page, and only on this page. I applied the solution described here :http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/33204/themes___graphics/two_columnsIt does work perfectly on my site, if the visitor is using Firefox or IE v7 or above. But when using IE v6 or below, what happens is that the content of the central column is displayed (hooked ?) below the content of the left column. So somewhat, wha tthe visitor see, is a blank page, with just some little info on the left (awfull).Any idea what to do to make this great mod compatible with IE V6 or below (still 15% of my visitors). My site is here www.myphotorescue.comI'm using Presta V1.2.2Thanks in advance for any help or tips you can provide.RgdsFranck
lkkr
Check the width of your embed code.Because the embed has a greater width than the others it isn't able to display the content at the right. You should edit the embed and make it the same width as the text div underneath it. (761px)If that's done, I'd say it should be fixed and IE6 should show it properly.
SITOLOG - F Bugnet
Hi,Thanks very much for your help. I have changed the width of the flash carroussel to 761. I should have thaught about it.I cannot test it right now as I do not have access anymore to a PC with IE V6 or below, but I'm quite confident this was the root cause. If someone having V6 can confirm, that would be great.RgdsFranck
