Categories not working in Prestashop

While the front page of the store is working. The categories part is not.

Why aren't the categories working? I talked to my hosting provider and they moved it to another server and the problem persists and there is no error on the error log.

There could be many reasons, the main one is that you have changed something in /category.php that is breaking the page.

Do you know what could be the reasons? As far as I know me nor anyone else has edited any categories.

There is no way to know without looking at the files.

The problem is most likely in category.php or one of the .tpl files that it is trying to load.

do you know what tpl files are affecting this? I still can't access the category and business is at a standstill.

Probably category.tpl, but could also be another file that gets called from it, it's hard to tell without looking at your code.
