Hello.

I want to add an image under search bar with explain how customers can search easier a product

Can someone help me where i need to insert the code, please ?

It depends, you might add it to header.tpl directly, right after

 

{if isset($HOOK_TOP)}{$HOOK_TOP}{/if}

 

And use some inline css to pad it from the side; or, you can use an html module that hooks to the top instead of modifying the template. mypresta has a free one if you only need it for that, or you can use mine if you need more hooks.
Either way, you need to have the image online somewhere already, and use some custom css
