holbren
I tried to add a theme to the latest download and no luck. Do the themes ever get updated to the alter revisions of the software? Is there a way to downgrade the site to a version the theme supports? I purposely went from free to paid software many years ago to get support and this looks like another school project. I read there are updates twice a month and I'm wondering what the process is to upgrade even after you get a working site.
NemoPS
You can't downgrade, and I believe the only way to make them work is to 1: fix them yourself 2: wait for the developer to fix any eventual compatibility issueLastly, are you asking how to upgrade your current ps version? holbren
Thanks for the reply, I'll have to figure out what to do. I discovered the theme was for 1.5 and I installed the latest version of 1.6. I'll just have to find a new theme and move on, Prestashop wants $450 to convert it and for that I'll just to back to my old cart and pay for a custom design. You would think updating the themes to 1.6 would be somewhat of a priority for the developers.
NemoPS
Well the problem is updating theme is very time consuming, and they might be lacking enough time to do it. $450 to upgrade it is not expensive, really Although you might want to wait for the update or find another one
