Error when using paypal API in sandbox mode:

Authorisation to PayPal failed

Please refer to logs:

1. Making new connection to 'api-3t.sandbox.paypal.com/nvp'
2. Connect with CURL method sucessfull
3. Sending this params:

16. PayPal returned error

In the PayPal module, under Settings, make sure the Sandbox mode is set as Inactive to take it out of test.
