In % discout prices drop not work! HELP!

Hi, sorry for my bad english.

 

When I create discount for % in category the Prices drop not working (show text No price drop)

 

When Iam create discount for ex. 0,50$ price drop is working fine. 

 

I creating Catalog Price Rule (add for category and for %) but I start price drop module and module showing one random product from category. Its okay but after click to "other price drop product" is reconect to /prices-drop and show NO PRICE DROP.

 

Again I say: When i set discount for xx$ (not for xx%) prices drop showing products without problem.
