Hi guys,

Pretty simple job for one of you:

  • Fix 2 Rewrite Files on Prestashop 1.6.09

I have a share server (wich i going change to a dedicated one), with 3 domains and stores, When i try to install a new store(diferent than prestashop) in my domain "www.roxntech.pt" wich is located in "public_html", i dont know how but this installation change 2 files in my business company (my priority in data base have lot of information, like products) in www.opantanal.pt , i really want somebody to resolve this Urgent issue  front page is black, and i back office it´s forbidden the acess.

I have not had time to learn how to do it, so your help would be much appreciated.

See attach Files.

Unfortunately, I have been ripped off a couple of times by "professional programmers" who reached out to me, so I now take a very cautious stance as you may understand.

Time-scale: ASAP.

Price: Please let me know.

Thanks,

Rui

Hi gnr,

rather than pay us for the work, this is pretty simple fix.

have your hosting set apache to default to index.php

You can access your admin by appending index.php to your back office link URL.

Note: front office blank page has same issue, so when we manually add index.php to your domain name (front office landing page)

it works fine.
