Hi, 

 

I am having a problem when anyone tries to pay using paypal on our site we get the following error. (email notification)

 

A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report:   PayPal response:

When the customer tries to checkout using paypal the customer gets the following error on their screen

Please try to contact the merchant:

1. <b>PayPal response:</b>
2. ->

 

 

Does anyone have any idea how I can solve this problem. 

 

 

 

Any help regarding this would be very much appreciated.

Hi, 

 

I solved this problem by uninstalling and deleting the paypal module 

 

Downloaded and installed the latest version, then configured.
