copycharlie
Hello, currently I am optimizing my shop and one thing caught my attention. In conversion statistics: Menu -> Statistics -> Statistics dashboard -> Conversion, there is a parameter "Full carts". Does any of you know what does it mean? And what is the difference between Carts and Full carts? I have checked Presta documentation and spoke with 5 Presta developers but no of them were able to explain me that difference.
Xavier Borderie
Basically, a cart is a visitor's cart, with products and not much else. A full cart is a cart with products AND a shipping address AND a chosen carrier -- in short, the cart has been almost fully through the checkout process, all that's left to do is actually pay for it all. In super short: cart = visitor's chosen products. full cart = cart + customer information + carrier + address. I should probably update the doc Edit: doc updated!
